As Confluent CEO, Jake directs strategy by drawing on his experience in enterprise software deployment and custom application development. He enjoys using emerging technologies to drive business analysis, process improvement, and operational efficiency. That foundation guides our work to deliver world-class, cloud-based solutions.
Prior to founding Confluent, Jake held a leadership position at a Greenville-based business application consulting firm. During his tenure annual revenue increased by 1,100% leading to an acquisition by a multinational firm. That exit led Jake to start Confluent, and implement a vision for a boutique consulting and business application development firm. We work closely with a select portfolio of companies in a range of industries.
He has an International MBA from The Moore School of Business at The University of South Carolina, and a BS in Business Administration and Economics from The College of Charleston. He has a wife and two dogs, and loves to get outside when he is not building apps.
